Vingåker house prices over the latest 12 months: SEK 1.7 million average price
69 houses sold over 12 months
Over the latest 12 months, 69 houses have been sold in Vingåker, according to Svensk Mäklarstatistik’s public area page for the municipality.
The average price was SEK 1,715,000. Per square metre, the price was SEK 14,673.
Vingåkersnytt uses 12 months as the main period because it gives a larger sample than the latest three-month period and is less sensitive to individual sales.
The three-month figure is smaller
For the latest three months, the same source shows 17 sold houses. The average price was SEK 1,792,000 and the square-metre price was SEK 14,553.
How to read the figures
The difference between the periods should not be read as an exact price movement. Which houses happen to be sold in a short period affects both average price and SEK per square metre.
This is especially true when the sample is small. Even 69 sales over 12 months are a market indicator, not an exact valuation of every house in Vingåker.
